What conditions do I have to meet to request payout?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The user must use your unique affiliate link when registering to be added to your affiliate account.
Can I run paid ads on my affiliate link?
Yes, but you must follow the Terms & Conditions. Affiliates cannot use the keyword 'FIRST ELD' in any ad copy, title, or body text without written consent.
How long does the cookie last?

Payouts are processed every month. You will receive your payout 2-3 weeks after requesting it.
